First, clean one apartment, then inspect the work of other cleaners across Zagreb.
Required: a category B driving licence
A clear daily routine
Between 10:00 and 12:00, you need to clean one apartment. All cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and a mop are in the apartment.
Inspections involve noting any areas that have not been cleaned to the required standard and correcting them. We pay extra for each issue you correct.
Part of each inspection includes collecting used towels and sheets from the apartment after cleaning.
At the same time, you deliver a bag with clean sheets, towels and other items needed for the next cleaning and place it in a locked storage box.
Clear payment terms
Per apartment, depending on size. Average time: around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Per apartment inspected. Average time: less than 30 minutes.
This means potential monthly pay of €1,800 to €2,100.
Extra: additional bonuses are also available for each cleaning and each inspection.
We are looking for people who can work at least 5 days a week and are available to work at weekends.
Transport
Having a car is preferable, but it is also possible to organise the work without your own vehicle.
We can buy a car of your choice, with the option to repay it through your salary and have ownership transferred to you.

Gross and net
When employed through SelfCheckIns LTD, the net amount equals the full gross amount.
When employed through SelfCheckIns d.o.o., the net amount depends on the calculation of contributions and taxes.
A combination of employment through SelfCheckIns d.o.o. and SelfCheckIns LTD is possible, in the desired proportion.

If you move from your current rented apartment to another rented apartment within walking distance of Sky Office, the company pays one month’s rent for the new apartment every year, plus 5% of that monthly rent for each year you have worked at the company.
For example, after 3 years with the company, the annual contribution is 115% of one month’s rent.
Everyone who works with us can purchase a car, electric scooter or bicycle through the company with a 20% down payment. The company purchases the chosen vehicle, and you repay the remaining amount under an agreement through agreed monthly deductions from your pay. Once it is fully paid off, ownership is transferred to you. This model is practically equivalent to leasing.

First steps
Quality cleaning first, then inspections. When starting out, you initially only clean apartments. Once you demonstrate that your cleaning meets our quality standards, you can immediately start inspecting other cleaners’ work.
